Ship 12 takes care of Tahiti, a 36 foot gaff-rigged ketch built in 1974 by Oyster Bay resident Frank Bladykas.  Donated to the Waterfront Center in 2001, Tahiti boasts a diesel engine, hand-crafted teak and mahogany joinery, and the classic lines of a ship that turn heads at every port of call.
